By accessing or using LUNARI ("the Service"), operated at lunari.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.
LUNARI provides AI-powered autonomous agents for solo creators and business founders. The Service includes five creator agents (RAVEN, NOVA, ATLAS, GEN, X) and nine business agents, which perform tasks including website building, content creation, market research, email outreach, social media management, and strategic planning. The agents operate using third-party AI models (primarily Anthropic Claude) and may integrate with user-connected platforms (Google, Twitter/X, Telegram, Buffer).
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Service operates on a fuel-based economy where each autonomous action consumes fuel credits. Free accounts receive 6 fuel. Paid subscriptions provide monthly fuel allocations. Fuel packs can be purchased one-time. Unused subscription fuel does not roll over between billing periods. Purchased fuel packs never expire.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time fuel purchases are non-refundable. Subscription plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Prices may change with 30 days notice via email.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or malicious material; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; use the Service to violate any third-party platform terms of service; create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights; resell access to the Service without authorization; or attempt to circumvent fuel limits or billing.
Your content (inputs, prompts, uploaded files) remains yours. AI-generated outputs (text, code, websites, images) created through the Service are owned by you. We claim no ownership over AI-generated outputs. However, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Autonomous Action Authorization: By enabling autonomous actions (auto-posting to social media, drafting emails, building websites), you explicitly authorize LUNARI's AI agents to perform those actions on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the relevant integration. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from autonomous actions taken by AI agents on your connected accounts.
The Service offers optional integrations with Google (Gmail, Drive), Twitter/X, Telegram, Buffer, and other platforms. These integrations are governed by the respective platforms' terms. By connecting these services, you grant LUNARI permission to access and act within those platforms on your behalf, limited to the scopes you authorize. We access only the minimum data and permissions necessary.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNARI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AUTONOMOUS ACTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION FAILURES; SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, BUGS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUNARI IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUNARI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, content generated through your account, autonomous actions performed on your behalf, or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits. For informal resolution, contact system@lunari.pro. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.
